Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

Kontras

Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.
