In the 10 months since Everbridge acquired the Anvil team, we've had a team dedicated to making the integration a success - and yet we understand that the challenges that come with managing the day-to-day business in addition to the work of merging two businesses. We are proud of the success we have had, including onboarding new customers and offering improved compensation and benefits to the Anvil team, and we continue to look for opportunities to streamline our process and reduce complexity. We look forward to all of our teams aligning under our customer-focused mission as we continue forward and improve our internal operations.
As part of our people-first culture, we conduct an annual employee survey to ensure we are listening to and actioning the feedback from employees. We were encouraged to see strong positive results, including from our Anvil team members.
