They can sell you another job and shock you with the reality later... - There is no presence for medium-tier management, it does not exist... - Senior management doesn't listen to the advice of the non-existing mid. The GM in Colchester should be supported not underminded. - (Some People) will mock your accent, origin.... even as a joke
