I cant talk about CSC global,but I can certainly talk about CSC India.I have the privilege of working with CSC India for over three years.I say I love that company,but I cant cover up it fallacies.Career Growth is a great concern.I have seen many engineers stuck up in the same job for months and years together with almost zero growth in their careers.Company is not at all getting new businesses,and management is just whiling away their time with projects on hand.On the other hand,TCS is making giant strides in IT Industry,and generating great sources of revenue.Did I mention it has one of the worst performance review measures and HR Recruitment?
