Pros
This is one of the IBs still on the upswing. It fared reasonably well during the recent financial crisis. After swallowed Lehman in a heart-beat, it elevated itself to be top tier.
Kontras
After all it is a big bank, and a British bank. Turfs battles and political maneuvers can be painful if you don't enjoy seeing others suffer. But that can be said just about any other big organizations. However, I am speaking out my own experiences. There are a few tough women MDs there who were the worst colleagues I have ever seen in my 20 year Wall Street career.
