Poor salaries and poor management - Payroll Advisor bei BASF: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Job is not interresting, salaries are under the everage so the persons staying after 3 years are just not good and get management positions. My last manager was a crazy micro manager doing nothing else than putting pressure.
