Was going to say colleagues and work culture but due to high employee turnover, it is difficult to say what pros are now.

High staff turnover, leaves alot of spaces in departments that you may reluctantly end up in. Incredibly low salary increase, 2% or less. This is less than inflation. Inconsistent support from senior management. Be aware once probation period is over, things quickly change afterwards.
