Working from home. If you were on the right pay grade you got overtime - working 20hr days on projects meant great money, however that was seen as your "reward" - no actual recognition. Good team culture (against senior management - siege mentality) Middle management empathise with the teams and their concerns, but in turn receive no support from Senior Management.
Kontras
Senior management clueless about what's going on - don't utilise regional staff correctly at expenses to company. Near impossible to get a proper promotion. Force Junior staff to undertake senior roles, always being fed the line that "It's good experience" All depends on which account you're working on, no consistency in processes, very siloed and pigeon holed culture. My last account was what made me leave, people leaving the whole time becuase of the culture.
