Pros
It used to be a good company with a very friendly staff. Now, it's quite chaotic, most of the middle-management are lost and the upper-management don't care much about the lower tiers (or even pretend to care). The people that were there before the acquisition shoke everything to the core were some of the nicest, smartest and most professional people I've met in my life.

Pay was low when I was there. That was a major point of contention for me and a major reason for me leaving. Company is also highly reactive to the industry and competitors rather than being proactive and forward-thinking. Most of the projects we did was just to catch-up with the rest. Lastly, a large number of product decisions were taken because a random middle-manager was trying to make a name for themselves. The result was a haphazard mishmash of tech debt that
