    The interview process was quite seamless. I was contacted 1 day after submitting my application and was invited for a skype interview. After this, I had a telephone interview and then was invited for a onsite interview. The whole process took about 3 weeks. The recruiter and employees were welcoming and friendly and understand of my schedule when it came to planning the interview times.

    The selection consisted of four different steps - a preliminary test, two Skype interviews with the HR manager and the hiring team lead, and an interview in the office with the rest of the team. The feedback after each step was very quick to come in. Role and responsibilities were clarified in full, and all questions answered during the interviews. The company was also flexible in arranging the interviews around my schedule needs. A very structured and quick selection process - it lasted less than a month.

    The process starts with a challenge, to create a project plan from beginning to end. If you take it seriously, it will consume at least 3 days to complete. Then, if it seems good for them, you may receive an invite for an online interview. It is not fair to consume working days of candidates without a more realistic approach. I think Adjust could be more assertive providing quick tests, so if you are not a match, you will know that soon. Only after a long test and an interview which does not cover all characteristics you may offer, does not seem a fair process.

    We understand your concern when it comes to the time candidates need to invest in the application process. We are trying our best to choose the best way to evaluate each candidate's skills set and avoid only relying on potentially biases pro interviewing process only, especially when it comes to the senior role.

    I applied online and was sent a project to do as the first step. They expected me to put in roughly 4 hours on something before talking to anyone. They wanted me to create a comprehensive launch plan and schedule.

    I requested to talk to the hiring manager to learn more about the company and role and feel there is a mutual interest to move forward. They said that would not be possible.

    I told them good luck!

    If you expect a senior candidate to just do a project without investing from your end, you are dreaming. I'm sure you will get some people who do that, but you just alienated your applicant pool. And frankly, if a hiring manager isn't willing to speak with candidates, I doubt he will be spending time on developing them.

    Standard interview process starting with a phone screen and onsite interviews with the team, along with a final phone call with another team member. The whole process was well planned and cordial. Thank you Andi @HR who was great to work with, always prompt and helpful on timelines, feedback and next steps. A wide range of interview questions from the team surrounding past and current work experiences, culture fit, and standard scenario/industry related questions. The conversations didn't feel scripted/canned and was more specific to the candidate's experience and viewpoints which I appreciated.

    A recruiter contacted me by email to arrange a Skype call. She was suggesting a certain time in the middle of the day when it was stated on my CV that I'm currently working. I suggested a phone call or an alternative time, and she agreed to do it during my lunch break by through Skype when I had already explained to her that I wasn't able to Skype when I was at work...
    Eventually, I had to request a day off to do it and we Skyped.
    The interview went pretty well, pretty standard sales questions and the requirements were way below my experience and studies. The job was actually more interesting than what was on the job description, but after a couple of days, I got a standard template from a "noreply" email saying that I hadn't been shortlisted for the following round of interviews.

    First was a Skype call with the recruiter, who's based in Berlin to talk about the position, company, and what I'm looking for. Then I was given an online test in their education portal to test technical knowledge of the industry and mobile space. Final step was an in-person with 4 different team members from around the US and spoke to each for 30 minutes. The entire process took about 2 weeks from start to finish, which was surprisingly efficient and smooth for a company this size. The recruiter, Lina was fantastic to work with and clear throughout the interview process with what to expect and made the whole experience very pleasant.

    One initial phone interview with HR, followed by a test to assess my familiarity with mobile tracking, then a call with a manager on the technical side and finally an onsite with the team in SF. This has been one of the most thorough, well organized and informative interview processes I've experienced!

    It was decisive and quick, which I very much appreciated considering a lot of American companies like having multiple (think 5) one hour+ interviews. They cut to the chase, immediately formed decisions and made moves while still accomplishing a more than sufficient level of rapport/understanding that would take others 5 interviews to determine.

    I applied to the position "Junior Data Scientist" in January 2020.
    The process starts with CV screening. After that they invite you to take a 3-day test.
    I was rejected after taking the test. I spent a lot of time solving the test and I submitted a good solution (checked with fellow senior specialists from other companies). However, I received an automated rejection letter with no feedback or any explanation why I was rejected. In this rejection letter they mentioned that I can get more feedback if I reply and ask which I did.
    They didn't reply and never provided any feedback.
    All in all, although they have a reputation for being a good employer, they seem to have no respect for their candidates. They expect candidates to spend 3 days on the test task and then send you an automated rejection letter promising to send feedback upon request but they don't actually provide any feedback upon request.
    Valuing your candidates means respecting their time and providing them with at least some feedback so I am very disappointed with the hiring process at Adjust.
