      -Used to be a good employer with good values before being bought by an American company -The team I worked in was really nice

      -Since the new CEO and new Director of People took over things have gone massively sideways. There were layoffs in April due to bad forecasting. Some of the people who were laid off were people who made the move to Berlin a few weeks before getting laid off. -I noticed that they somehow deleted Glassdoor reviews written by fellow colleagues who were also laid off, this tells you enough about the transparency of the company -I expect many more people to leave in the near future after what happened

      Used to be a good company before the acquisition

      Pros

      It used to be a good company with a very friendly staff. Now, it's quite chaotic, most of the middle-management are lost and the upper-management don't care much about the lower tiers (or even pretend to care). The people that were there before the acquisition shoke everything to the core were some of the nicest, smartest and most professional people I've met in my life.

      Pay was low when I was there. That was a major point of contention for me and a major reason for me leaving. Company is also highly reactive to the industry and competitors rather than being proactive and forward-thinking. Most of the projects we did was just to catch-up with the rest. Lastly, a large number of product decisions were taken because a random middle-manager was trying to make a name for themselves. The result was a haphazard mishmash of tech debt that

      Unfortunately l can't find one signle pro for Adjust given the current situation.

      When l joined the company couple of years ago, Adjust had high company values that cared about the happiness and well-being of its employees. After its acquisition by the American compan,y it has become a completely emptied and dysfunctional company with no value and no internal processes. I don't think there is a single happy employee inside. There is completely toxic environment inside and l would recommend everyone should stay away from this company.
