Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 4 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im März 2017 bei USAA (San Antonio, TX)

Initially, I applied online. Within a week I received the assessment. I completed this the same day. The following week, a recruiter called to schedule a phone interview.
I was still in another state when I interviewed (military spouse). USAA accommodated me with both the initial phone interview and second interview with the hiring manager. There was an additional person from the Tampa office on the phone.
Both went smoothly. The first interview was your basic get to know you intro questions and why you left your prior employers.
The second interview consisted of several scenario based questions. Google STAR behavioral questions and practice ahead of time.
It took about a week for me to be offered a contingent offer of employment. 2 weeks for a final offer.

Very long! It took 2 months to complete the whole thing. Don’t expect to start work soon after you apply, be ready to wait. They have a very detailed interview process.

Process began by applying online followed by an automated email containing a typing and comprehension test a few days after applying.
After completing the test, I received a time sensitive email requesting a time slot choice for a phone interview scheduled for the following week. That email came about a week after testing online. The phone interview itself consisted of about four behavioral questions, four background questions, and at the end the recruiter reviewed some company perks and also calculated what your salary would be if hired. I received an offer for an in-person interview during that same call.
The in-person interview was scheduled for about two weeks after the phone interview. The interview itself takes place inside the home office and you are given instructions on how to enter the building. I interviewed with two very friendly and welcoming women who asked a few questions about myself such as: "Tell us the best and worst qualities about yourself" followed by about four behavioral questions similar to those in the phone interview. The in-person interview lasted about 35 minutes.
Received a call two days later with an offer to begin working two months from that date contingent on passing a drug and background test. I accepted.
