1. In person interview - It was a group assessment centre, the first task was a group task to create the layout of a town. Then they take you out for individual assessments, they have you do an 1 on 1 interview as well as a situation test where there is a construction issue I.e. construction of a hospital while keeping it operational. Then there’s the final part of the day which is a numerical and pattern following test. 2. If you get passed the assessment centre the final part is a psychometric test which asks some easy math questions and psychological question
