I received no interview for the position. The job offer is contingent upon a passing drug test and background check.

I put in for the job, got an interview over the phone. It was more of a conversation of my resume and two days later signed my offer letter.

Interview was straightforward and down to earth. No silly questions. All job related, skills and experience framed in what the company needs and what is in your resume. I was made to feel welcome and treated with respect and courtesy. Unlike some interviewers, this hiring manager spoke to me as a fellow professional and not as though he was there doing me a favor by interviewing me. It was a positive experience.
