1 Round with PM and small chat with HR. Didnt get back until it was too late. It lasted around 50 minutes which is very unusual especially for an intern position
General questions about your experience and goalsHNTB's interview process typically includes an initial phone screening, followed by one or more in-depth interviews with team members, focusing on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
It was really great experience. I got to meet with engineers at all levels and the program manager at the local office. Very pleasant and more like a conversation than an interview. Ended with an office tour and introduced to friendly faces.
