The interviews started out with the interviewer being 20 minutes late to the scheduled time from the very first interview. Then I was asked to wait as it was late December and the holidays had the schedules all over the place. Once I completed first interview I was told to wait till February from the beginning of January for a new project and funding to be finalized and then I was to move forward in the hiring process. February comes along I was interviewing for others but really interested in this position and was even told to re-apply to the current project, all to have received notice a month after my second interview ONLY BECAUSE I was insistent on emailing for an update they would have ghosted me after 4 months of stringing me along. Very inconsiderate waste of my time no excuse for how they operate. Very slow and inconsiderate of others, not even a proper rejection in a timely manner. The bare minimum after months of waiting to be ignored like I was not eagerly awaiting a response in the current state of the job market.
