Super positive and timely. Applied with an employee referral and got an HR interview screening request about a week or so later. It lasted about 40 minutes. The HR rep was really knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable. The HR screening was on a Friday so then I was given until Monday morning to complete a 3 hour assessment where I had to look at a 5-page case study and synthesize information and summarize into a 5-slide PPT and a one-page email memo. Then about a week later I was contacted for a next interview with the hiring manager who would be my supervisor if given the position. This was about an hour long interview and involved some pretty involved questions relating to the job description and past experiences as well as a simulation that test my ability to ask and anticipate the right questions to ask during a would-be strategizing conference call. I was told they wanted to make an offer by Wednesday the following week but then I didn't hear for about 2 weeks. I was not offered the position but the hiring manager sent me a really awesome e-mail describing why they went with a different candidate and that I was a really strong next choice for them.
