It started with an informal chat with a recruiter who asked open-ended questions like, "Tell me about yourself" and "What interests you about this role?" The tone was conversational, allowing me to share my background and motivations comfortably. The next stage was a team fit interview, which felt more like a discussion than a formal interview. We talked about team culture and how I'd fit into the role, with a few behavioral questions, but nothing too intense.

You have a thrity minute call with an hr representive for the first round . Then talk with a manager for a the specific area you would like to work in for the second round.
