Laura Fischer will officially step in as President of Integral Senior Living on June 30th following the planned retirement of CEO Collette Gray. Since joining ISL as COO last year, Laura has gained a deep understanding of the organization’s people, strategy, and operations. With nearly 23 years of experience in senior living, including serving as a board director for the California Assisted Living Association, Laura is well-prepared to lead ISL into the future. Our most recent Livin' The Dream recipient was 93-year-old Patricia from The Palms at La Quinta! 👏🎉 Patricia has always dreamed of soaring in a hot air balloon, and we are thrilled she was able to finally check it off her bucket list! She was joined by her daughter, along with La Quinta's 2024 Team Member of the Year, some directors who helped organize the event, and a few other lucky team members. After a smooth landing, the group celebrated with champagne, cheese, and crackers while learning about the history of hot air balloons.
