Am 30. September haben wir unsere End of Summer Party im Spindler & Klatt in Berlin gefeiert. 🎉 Mehr als 800 Berliner ASML Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter haben gemeinsam gefeiert, bei guter Musik bis Mitternacht getanzt und sich das leckere Essen schmecken lassen. Die Party war großartig!
Not everyone at ASML thinks the same way, and we’re proud of it. A large number of employees at ASML are ‘neurodivergent’ – meaning they have neurological variations such as autism, ADHD and dyslexia. People who are neurodiverse are highly valued at ASML, since they tend to be better than average at analytical thinking, logic, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. "ASML wouldn’t be where it is today without neurodivergent people, some of whom are in top leadership roles in the company. If you look at some of the strengths of neurodiversity, such as innovation and creativity – it’s what we need in ASML,” says Peter Baillière, ASML executive vice president of HR. Am Montag den 05.09.2022 haben Vertreter des Board of Management aus Veldhoven und Berlin unser neues Gebäude in Berlin Neukölln offiziell eröffnet. Die neuen, modernen Büros bieten Platz für rund 360 Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Sie sind nach dem Vorbild von ASML in Veldhoven im einheitlichen Activity Based Working (ABW) Design gestaltet und bieten so für jede Anforderung die am besten geeignete Arbeitsumgebung. Wir freuen uns über die neuen Räume und darauf, darin gemeinsam zu arbeiten und kreativ zu werden.
We’re extremely proud of everyone who joined us in this year's Summer of Pride! From events in San Diego to 'Pink Monday' in Tilburg, the Netherlands, we united across countries to celebrate diversity and inclusion in the world of tech. To top off a wonderful Amsterdam Pride Week, we marched along in the Pride Walk and danced on our boat at the famous Amsterdam Canal Parade last week.

As we wrap up a phenomenal Pride month, full of LGBTQ+ global events from the US to the Netherlands, we’re also marking the beginning of a fantastic ‘Summer of Pride’ with many more events lined up! Creating an inclusive environment is one of our top priorities year round at ASML – our unique perspectives are what help us push the limits of technology.
Nowhere is the power of our R&D more tangible than at our yearly Technology Conference. It’s one of the largest developer events in the world – this year, nearly 10,000 engineers and selected R&D partners came together to share their technology insights. A day full of learnings, surprises and recognition for the great work of our engineers.
Through our partnership with the Van Gogh Museum, we aim to open up cultural initiatives to people that, due to their circumstances, wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to enjoy. One of these initiatives is our collaboration with the Foundation for Hospital Art. In March we hosted PaintFests in the US and the Netherlands, where ASML employees volunteered their time to paint an impact in their local communities. These Van Gogh inspired murals will be donated to brighten the walls of local hospitals and healthcare facilities for patients to appreciate. By making Vincent van Gogh’s art accessible to everyone, we hope it will inspire and bring color, comfort, community and creativity to their lives.
