Major red flag in their interview process. I applied in October and the process dragged into December with very little communication. Megan Arroyo was my main contact, and I only received updates when I repeatedly followed up, often with careless or vague responses. After three months of interviews, it ended with a cold, generic email saying they “decided to go in a different direction.” No conversation, no feedback, and no respect for the time invested. Rejection is fine. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is not. Sharing this as a warning to others.
