Company declined post pandemic - Front End Developer bei iMatrix (California): Mitarbeiterbewertung

Worked for iMatrix for over 10 yrs. At the beginning the work was good, people were great and growth was possible. Post pandemic took took a turn south, more people left and didn't get replaced. Positions kept getting moved to corporate in LA and then migrating with sister company in Chicago became more and more common. Biggest pro in the end was the work from home options.
