Thanks for your feedback. Some of the changes have definitely been challenging, but we believe they are necessary in order for us to continue moving in a positive direction. We also understand that you may not agree with some of our management decisions, but I can assure you that promotions are based on a variety of criteria, and popularity is not one of them.
