We recognize that the end of your time at a company can be difficult, and I am saddened to read that you have taken the exit with such distress . Acting ethically is a fundamental part of our culture and values and we strive to treat all employees with respect from their first meeting to their last day (and beyond). We are sorry if we missed the mark and you felt mistreated, please feel free to reach out to your HR contact as we are holding regular meetings with those affected by business changes to help them with their next career steps.
I could not personally be in all of our redundancy conversations, and it’s a shame that you seem to be misled that these decisions were to recoup financial losses. I will reconfirm that all business changes were due to a strategic move for our future roadmap.
