      Lowest salary of any translation company, no salary increase, very low chance of promotion, no reward for working hard, extra hours expected from you, no motivation, all the budget goes to the quarterly company parties instead of salary raises, a bottleneck for upgrading to better positions, etc.

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
