Very messy and confused management - Project Manager bei Tradebyte: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management board very incompetent and keep changing their mind every couple of weeks. The company is completely owned by Zalando and has no decision power over its operations. This leads to a lot of clash between Tradebyte's and Zalando's management and nothing gets decided or done. The company keeps making losses and lays off people in different departments every month, in addition to so many restructuring going on. No certainty or job security.
