In the last several months, there’s been a lot of turnover. Very recently, the North American sales leader, the global PSO leader, and several key execs across services, product and support have all left. Many of the new execs didn't even stay for a year. There are RIFs what feels like every month for the last couple of years.
Parts of the business are growing while the company is struggling with products and proper customer support. It’s honestly frustrating because this could be a good company. But there’s a lot of uncertainty at the top, and you can feel the lack of direction. Good, sharp people have come in to try and make a difference, but many of them seem to leave just as quickly, likely due to the chaos at the top. Based on that, I’d think twice before joining right now.
