4 years window assignments, so staffs can rotate and compete for new jobs and possibly promotions. Vast resources of very smart people albeit academically. Still on high gear for continuous improvement.
Kontras
HR are never useful. Lack of compassion and agility. Management are full of charade to survive. Not so great performance review process and constantly reorganising that appears like a headless chicken. Silly cost cutting exercises instead of tackling the problem given the vast smart people at disposal to be creative.
