There are great departments where you can grow at Shell, but in Transformational Change it felt like a revolving door of staff. Management failed to own or build from mistakes and in combination of incidents of bullying, the anonymous employee satisfaction scores were consistently bottom quartile for the company. The future of the company is reliant on the ability to keep recruiting great talent, and judging by the senior management here, I’m fearful for the future of the company.
