Management does not listen to people who report to them if they disagree or point out problems with direction. They want “yes men”. High expectations often unrealistic and some managers are very disrespectful. The company proclaims there is a “speak up” culture but speaking up rarely yields change. They constantly ask about cost savings ideas, but management is incredibly bloated and inefficient.
