Pros

Benefits at Rolta are very good, and compensation is fair

Kontras

Because there is no focus on long-term success, just a short term, management is not given the opportunity to succeed. Because of that, turnover is high, and moral is extremely low at all times due to insecurity and the inability to settle in. In addition, managements lack of respect for individual employees (everyone is replaceable - if you don't like it you are easily replaceable), makes it a difficult place to work.
