Beautiful office, good salary and benefits

Kontras

No flexibility in schedule, almost impossible to plan holidays as management is deciding when those can be taken for you. Horrible managers, very incompetent or pretending not to see and hear the issues. Harrasment each time when someone has not shown at office, even if they said they would. Unfair favourism and promotion procedure. Lots of toxic people that bring negativity and gossip

Pros

I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
