Great team amazing people to work with all understanding and caring Manager of NowGo is amazing one of the best bosses out there Work environment is amazing standing desks available Hand out plenty of clothes which is amazing It’s +super not just super System is amazing and easy to use Personally met Mr Wilson the ceo/owner and is amazing genuine nice person NowGo is still in early phase and in the future can be amazing to work at for the right person who can hold on

Forced to do delivery driving work (not employed as drivers should not be going doing there job) Hours are 8-5 or 6-3 and 2,30 min breaks which is just pointless You have to do a Saturday every 3-4 weeks and yes you have to no way around only benefit is it’s work from home They are very much against work from home even during outbreaks of covid-19 High staff turnover essentially leaving when another job offer comes along 3-6 months before leaving There is no further career movement in this role not much to diversify yourself As NowGo is new and the service itself is very disliked by branches so be prepared to be very disliked by them

Immediate Leadership (whom were fired with no cause) and Co-Workers (who were outsourced or reorganized)

This is the most toxic workplace I’ve worked for in my career. Senior Leadership does not care about team members and has stated that in private conversations. There are two cultures in Reece - one in the field and other at Regional Support Center (RSC). The RSC consistently is cutting costs (outsource, on-shore) or plainly eliminate with additional work spread to remaining team members. The CFO has little to no care about any employees and has been there for a long time. Leadership around her has cycled in 2-3 years consistently in her 20+ tenure (Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller/Controller). Whole accounting team and almost all of FP&A has left/replaced when I was there (less than 2 years). This is a high turnover workplace if you are looking for a place to work long-term, STAY AWAY!!!
