People are nice that's very important more than money, it has a life-work balance you can enjoy your time with family during the weekend. You can apply for leave without hassle, unlike other company it is very hard.
Kontras
The only downside is that it is very far from my place need to wake up very early as I don't want to be late but manageable and the company has provided a free shuttle.
