(A bonus you won't receive because the business is mismanaged) 6) Various other activities indicative of the desire to sell out and cash in soon Extravagant waste among Director, VP, and C level executives - most of whom are relatively new, from Califorinia or other remote locations, and do not understand the business, the product, the customers, or the culture. The product itself is extremely buggy and full of gaps, and customers are more angry than at any time prior as they've figured out that Plex has outsourced quality control to the customer, has no executable roadmap, and doesn't really care about them once they're live.
