Leitbild: To improve the standard of living for everyone by making the world more productive and sustainable.
Automation has changed more in the last 20 years than in the previous 100. As we enter the age of The Connected Enterprise, that pace is just going to keep accelerating – new innovation, awe-inspiring ideas, changes that will make the world more productive and sustainable. To make our vision a reality, we need the brightest talent and the best creative ideas.
Take a moment to look – see if this is a place that welcomes who you are and what you do, with enough challenge to keep you energized and enough reward to make you feel valued for your unique contributions. You have a life. Now, you can have an engineering career that fulfills your dreams.
Some companies talk about diversity. As a global organization, we live it.
Individuality is respected and celebrated. A team of people who all look and act and think the same? That will get us … nowhere. Who you are, where you’ve been and what you’ve done, your ideas and experiences – it’s this individuality that makes us collectively unbeatable.
We welcome great minds. Different thinkers. Dreamers. And doers.
Are you an innovator? Do you look at a problem and think, “I can solve that”? Does the status quo bore you? When you find your passion, do you refuse to let anything stand in your way? Good. Us too.
We want to engage you. We measure our employee engagement because we want to know what you like and what you don’t. There are rewards for being open and candid in your communication.
We have high expectations of our people to take action and calculated risks. Sometimes you’ll need to go outside of your comfort zone to take on new responsibilities, to do things differently than you have done before.
We want people who can help us realize our vision to be the most valued global provider of innovative industrial automation and information products, services and solutions.
By choosing Rockwell Automation, you’re joining 22,500 talented and passionate people who are changing the future of automation and, by doing so, continuing to establish our leadership position in the automation industry. You’re also becoming part of an organization that is driven by ethics, integrity, and a commitment to sustainability as The Connected Enterprise evolves worldwide.
Our people are the foundation of and key to our success and future. We make it a priority to help you create a rewarding career. That’s not just talk – we take an active role in helping you develop the career you want. Because when you succeed, we succeed.
So, here’s what we have to offer:
We believe in recognizing extraordinary employee contributions in meaningful ways and have a variety of recognition programs in place that do just that.
Our early career positions give you the opportunity to match your background, skills and interests with an environment that will prepare you as a leader of change. These roles support your growth with an individualized approach through mentoring, networking and interacting with leaders across the organization.
Looking for an internship?
Whether you’re interested in software, industrial, or mechanical engineering, we have what you’re looking for and more. If it’s a corporate internship you want, we have that too. Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology—they’re all here. An internship is a great way to kick off your career, and we have a great selection to choose from.
We also offer several unique development and training programs for new grads. Explore our Internship, Co-op and Early Career Programs to find options for launching your career with Rockwell Automation.
We do a thorough job recruiting new talent, because we’re serious about finding the best people and offering them great opportunities. This takes a little more time and patience, but in the end, we believe it benefits everyone to make sure we’re finding the right fit – for you, and for us.
Got the interview out of career services from my college. The first interview was on campus with the outside sales and inside sales supervisors. They seemed like very nice people and asked the usual HR questions... name a time when you had trouble working with people etc.. After the first round interview it took about a week for them to get back to me about a second round interview (also on campus) with their boss. He seemed like a nice person as well although a little uptight. Second round interview was essentially the same as the first with very similar questions, so I got the impression that it was just there to feel your personality out. The people that I interacted with though as a whole seemed a little uptight in my opinion almost like robots.
