Pros

Promote and really trying to be inclusive - especially in the rank and file. Solid, well respected products that do work and solve customer problems. Plus is also that they respect sales engineers and don't allow sales people to run them ragged.

Still had typical management sterio type, so your milage may vary.

Pros

The culture statements are backed up with actions. It really is a great place to work. I should know, I was here, left, and now I came back to work for Ping a second time.

Kontras

There really aren't any. Are there bad days at Ping? Sure... but they're out weighed by the good ones many times over. It's not perfect but the people who work here mean well and are generally very cool. So we figure out the solutions to the challenges together.

Pros

Medical benefit plans are great. 401k match is normal for tech companies which is good.

Kontras

From micro-management to no work life balance and no training but expectations are high. This company excludes remote workers from company events and does have a bonus plan unless your a director or above and no stock uptions.
