Bonus starts at 2/3. 1/3 is retained to try keep you on board. If you leave before the bonus payout date but after the bonus period, you still get zilch. Never met my manager in person Terrible communication from management regarding client contract extension/expiry. Makes you feel like all they care about is the money, not their employees. No budget for training on the side - especially since if you are training you aren't bringing in the bucks Overall, it is a consulting company that looks to make a lot of money. Understandably, they want you to work as much as possible, and are only interested in helping you if it helps them more.
