Some people are great to work with. That's it!

The direction of our focus shifts like the wind here. You don't have time to be successful with one initiative before it's changed on a whim. That may be happening everywhere due to job instability in tech. But some of these leaders are just plain toxic and mean-spirited. I've never been in a meeting (at other) companies where I've heard one of the execs talking so much crap about lower level employees. You have no understanding of what many of these people do, yet you offer no constructive criticism. Just malicious bullying. Pay sucks. Other tech companies pay twice what we do. You're either micromanaged to the point of exhaustion or essentially "left on read" when asking about your next assignment. There's no in between. Thinking of applying here? Run, don't walk the other direction. There were global layoffs, followed by a mass exodus. Yet they think sales team is the reason they're failing. Look at the men in the mirror, C-Suite. You're why!

- Active customer base - Modern product - Opportunity for leadership exposure

- Dismissive promotion culture - Pay is mediocre; employees with more senior titles making the same as less senior employees - Poor career advancement and recognition - Lack of career guidance, support, and proper feedback - “Pull your socks up” mentality with little clarity into promotion opportunity - “You should be grateful to work here” culture
