      - Many nice people & colleagues in the company - Decent products - Global company

      Kontras

      - Overworking is more the rule than the exception. Work-life-balance is really poor (also due a lot of extra work arising from high retention rates and always newly acquired businesses that do not fit in well culturally) -Marketing speak and grand announcements drown out the not-so-grand truth behind them (coming from HR and the Execs) -Company conducts many people happiness surveys (with not exactly positive results), but nothing changes in the end (except more marketing speech announcements) -There is a big discrepancy between what the execs think the company represents between what the general employees perceive in their day to day work

      Fake entries Made in Bangladesh vs. the Pure Truth

      - Company is faking its own image thanks to fake entries that are not showing the truth.

      Everything else is just also as made up as these entries. Marketing here, Sales there, truth nowhere. Engineering is asked to build the Products, but not a bit estimated at this 'TECH' Company. - Product portfolio of average products tied together with duck tape. - Ruthless and absolutely dishonest culture (especially from HR). - Top-Management unfair and unethical - Shady and rotten inside covered up by a fake glamour outside (and even this is "Made in Bangladesh" now)....

      Although they market themselves as an English-speaking company, all developers speak German. Furthermore, there is a lack of accountability among the dev teams which lead them to delegate workstreams to one another
