      Pros

      Team was excellent and fun to work with. Willing to work around outside life.

      Kontras

      Head office just cut, cut, cut. Facilities were poor and senior management (out of club) were not interested in making necessary improvements. Pay is really poor (at times only 20p more than a lifeguard for a lot of extra responsibilities)

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      Kontras

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
