DO ACCEPT A POSITION AT THIS COMPANY!!! RATE THIS COMPANY A ZERO ON EVERYTHING. Was employed 4 days They do not offer efficient training for learning and growth. Unfortunately this is one of their biggest downfall. You cannot expect people to know your processes upon the first week . Also needs to create training like every other company out there and offering a fair and inclusive environment to all people hired on that is longer then a day or two of showing 2 tasks with in a span of 4 days Toxic environment( i.e. talk badly about upper management but also the management dose not respect their employees either. Example my first day I was not introduced to the team and I was given a station and approached to train 6 hours later while asking what I am to be doing and for feedback on many occasions. Discourage training and development. Have a mentality that once you start work you train yourself within the first two days. Offered no feedback and are not helpful even when asking for clarification. The team doesn't want to train or were instructed not to train. It was a waste of time going to work not feeling included, respected, trained properly and also having to hear the complaints of others who haven't been there that long themselves. It was mentioned there were 9 people before me who quit and or were terminated within a week. Which unfortunately says a lot about the environment and that there is no longevity for working here. Sad and true! Upon hire they only cared to hire quickly rather then take the time to evaluate their needs for the position. I was asked what my training style was but I don't think they were listening to my needs and hired me the next day. I asked for hands on training and structure. Which non of what we spoke about in the interview were exisisting. Some employees say that the boss yells at them and often times they have cried or left crying. If they ask you if you can handle constructive criticism it's a red flag for the environment. I am perfectly good with constructive criticism but I'm not going to be yelled at work there has be a level of respect for your employees. Certain departments are not electronic processes and the environment is disorganized and not pleasant due to the toxic feeling of the environment. Even in the lunch room you hear other employees in group benefits talking about others in negative way as well. Unprofessional, dishonest, discouraging towards enployees/new hires. Expectations to high for the no training provided no matter having experience or not. Every office runs differently and training is a need for old a new. Terrible experience and others feel that way as well. I voiced my opinions before my departure from the environment and I had every right to do so with the unfair working environment I experienced and the unwelcome feeling that I received even on my first day. Good Luck with having someone staying there longer then a year because they won't with the way the office runs.

Although we strive every day to create a positive fulfilling professional experience, occasionally it doesn't work out exactly as we would like. But we never give up trying and we use our misses to do better.
