The culture is stagnant in a way that feels structural, not accidental. There is no real investment in employee development. No clear career path, no sense that the company sees its people as anything other than headcount filling a quota. The work itself is narrowly defined and discouraged from evolving. If you come in with ambitions beyond the job description, you will find those ambitions quietly ignored until you stop having them. Cross-functional collaboration is minimal and internal communication is very poor. The environment rewards compliance over competence, and anyone who asks questions quickly learns that the culture does not have room for that.
