Pros
Love Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Great staff who care about the patients & community, but not feeling the love for HMA. Sure missing the Sisters.

Benefits stink, especially after hearing vacation time accrual will be suspended, no raises, decrease in 401k contributions. As salary employee I already work for less than minimum wage working 50-60 hrs a week because I'm doing the work of 2 people. Can't hire needed staff, but who would work here with current benefit. Really!!! Do ya think that's the way to Get 2 Great!
