This place clearly operates by the old proverb of "It's who you know NOT what you know". The benefits are horrible. They laid off the best suited people for various jobs and selected unqualified people to replace them. The communication is non-existent. If you have a complaint, there is no one you can turn to. Intimidation & retaliation are real!!
