You get a great work life balance! Friday's off and most of the teams work from home. The pay is amazing. Great company match. Great company to hit the ground running in. Also, its a very respectable name.
Kontras
Super militarized environment considering the fact that civilians work there. They do not value education coming in, they care more about experience. It's a very specific place to work in. A lot of stuff does not translate into the real world. Tons of travel whenever Covid isn't around. They mandated the Covid vaccine and threatened to fire me if I didn't get it: I worked from home...by myself...
