      It is a big company so there is a lot of knowledge to go around, but like any other big company you get lost in the crowd.

      Career advancement is based on how long you have been in the company. Unless you want to suck up to people and devote your entire life to this company, don't expect any special recognition.

      Hohe Integrität im gesamten Unternehmen, offene Kommunikation und aufrichtiges Interesse daran, das Richtige zu tun.

      Leider muss ich mir zwanzig Worte mit Nachteilen einfallen lassen. In Wirklichkeit habe ich nach mehr als 41 Jahren in der IT keine Nachteile für Lockheed Martin. Sie sind nicht perfekt, aber sehr akzeptabel.
