Pros

Great team with fantastic colleagues, some have been here for 15 years and longer. The atmosphere is great, despite working from home 90% of the time. Good work-life balance. Overtime available, offers are sent by email to the team so if interested, you can sign up for it. Great initial training (3 weeks off the job, paid and then ongoing with regular salary increase). Focus on quality not quantity. Support and adjustments for neurodivergent employees. Accepting, inclusive and diverse.

Kontras

Complex processes with lots of exceptions and changes. Company working hard on improving communication with Service and also customers, but not always successful. High expectations in terms of quality and punctuality - reasonable but can be stressful. Outdated systems for processing orders and customer management making working life way harder and frustrating than necessary.

1. A lot of interesting tasks and problem-solving 2. Focus on continuous improvement when it comes to quality assurance 3. Always something new to learn 4. Managers keep standards high and take employee well-being seriously 5. Good compensation and benefits

Resolving different issues gave me satisfaction at work. It also increased my learning and helped me to do better every day.

In my opinion, the people at the top always decide the fate of the company and their reputation as an employer. They were the worst kind here. Most employees were drowning in work with poor support and no one to help them. The blame always lay with the leadership as they did little work and too long to make some decisions or give some approvals. It was a burden for already overworked employees who couldn't take things forward for hours or days without the approvals. Some managers were also awful. They offered zero support but were ready to criticize everyone. It was hard to deal with such toxic people. Even having conversation seemed like an endless battle. Please beware and avoid it if possible.
