Pros

In all my years working in different health sectors, Lifeplus is far most one of the most caring companies I have every worked for. They follow company procedures and keep it human at the same time. They actually walk the talk, and it shows right from the start from Induction, all the way through to management. They graduated the training in a way, that I never felt overwhelmed or not able to keep up with the workload. Management is excellent and the Swiss team that I am in, is supportive and up-beat. I get free products and I can work from home, which is awesome to balance out work/family life. I feel like I've landed the jackpot of all office jobs.

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Resolving different issues gave me satisfaction at work. It also increased my learning and helped me to do better every day.

In my opinion, the people at the top always decide the fate of the company and their reputation as an employer. They were the worst kind here. Most employees were drowning in work with poor support and no one to help them. The blame always lay with the leadership as they did little work and too long to make some decisions or give some approvals. It was a burden for already overworked employees who couldn't take things forward for hours or days without the approvals. Some managers were also awful. They offered zero support but were ready to criticize everyone. It was hard to deal with such toxic people. Even having conversation seemed like an endless battle. Please beware and avoid it if possible.
