No recognition you are just a number. The cancellation policy doesn't work it doesn't generate more work there are bigger losses than gains for teachers but bigger comany gains. The blind observations are a waste of time and not constructive they take one lesson and rate your whole teaching on that. The company are not interested in your cancellation rate which demotivates your teaching performance.
